Hair cut + Hair color Adjustments

Notify the salon within (5) five days after service and we will re-shape, adjust or correct any color application to your satisfaction.

Cancellation + No shows

We require a 48 hour notice for all cancellations/reschedules.  Please consider that we have set aside that time specifically for you.  The 48 hours gives us time to schedule someone else.

Retail Returns

We believe in offering quality home care products,  although, if you are not satisfied with your purchase please return to salon within (7) seven days of original purchase for a retail credit only.  (no cash back)
